Masturbation doesn't make you slim.. well.. at least, not directly. 

Don't misunderstand, reaching peak arousal levels, squirting or shooting a load doesn't release carbs and reduce sugar levels. However, what masturbation does is that it drives up your heart rate. This means that your blood simply flows faster. 

Just think of it like you are going for a sudden high intensity sprint. The sudden intensity rise makes your heart pumps faster while you are working at it (jacking it off / thrusting something inside).
